07.11.2016	Swiss Island® in Grevenbroich (Germany) together with getIT Information Technology GmbH Swiss Island® Project Management Simulation after work event was performed in Grevenbroich (near Düsseldorf). Out oft he very positive feedback we received, additional meetings are conducted with practitioners. As well it was decided to speed up the development of the Swiss Island® Portfolio Management version.
11.11. 2016	Swiss Island® in Dornbirn (Austria) Swiss Island® was presented at the SAGSAGA* network event in Dornbirn (Austria). Due to the very positive feedback we received from the academic community it was decided that Swiss Island<sup>®</sup>  participates in additional events in Stuttgart and Delft in 2017 (see schedule above) *) The Swiss Austrian German Simulation And Gaming Association (SAGSAGA) was founded in 2001 in order to promote the method of Gaming Simulation. It is an association of experts from Germany, Austria and Switzerland
14.11.2016	Swiss Island® in Nürnberg (Germany) together with simple fact AG Swiss Island® Project Management Simulation and K-I-E® Commitment Processes were presented at an after work event in Nürnberg (Germany). Out of the very positive feedback we received, follow up activities were conducted with interested participants.
17. – 18.11.2016	Swiss Island® in Budapest (Hungary) Swiss Island® was presented at the PMUNI* Workshop Budapest, organized by Corvinus University of Budapest. *) PMUni is an international network of universities, universities of applied science, education and research institutions with the overall objective to promote professional education and research in process and project management.

 

New Swiss Island^® Customers

Since its introduction end of 2015, Swiss Island^® Project Management Simulation was already performed in 7 countries, using different languages and involving different cultures. Over 200 people attended the project management simulation sessions.

During the Swiss Island® events in Q4/2017 we made many interesting new contacts. Based on the feedback we received and the follow up actions that were conducted we are confident to report new Swiss Island^® customers beginning 2017.

  Swiss Island^® project simulation is performed in the wonderful winter scene of Titlis This event is combined with a transfer to Titlis and back, visit of the iglu village, a cheese-fondue in an iglu, an apero in SnowxPark and a „Schneetöff“ challenge .

• 1 day Summer Teambuilding Event on the Lake of Zurich (Switzerland)
  Swiss Island^® project simulation is performed on a boat cruising on the beautiful Lake of Zurich. This event is combined with a tree course menu on the boat, a Kajak workshop and a blind wine tasting that can be extended with a dinner at the lake.

• 4 day Dubai Dune Adventure (United Arab Emirates)
  Swiss Island^® project simulation is performed in the Bedouin camp in the wonderful scene of the Dubai Desert. This event is combined with a transfer to and from Dubai, hotel in Dubai, veteran car tour through the desert and falcon show, transfers to / from the Bedouin camp, traditional breakfast, dinner and BBQ and Dune Bashing

Swiss Island^® Product Development

• We developed new Swiss Island^® project management simulation options that are dealing with resource management challenges project managers face regularly.

• We completed our business partner web-site – supporting their pre-simulation and post-simulation activities.

• It was decided to speed up the development of the Swiss Island^® Portfolio Management version.
