Swiss Island^® is expanding internationally

We have been able to gain a leading project management company as a partner: TenStep^®.
TenStep^® is world-wide operating company, well-known in the project management community for their high-quality work. Their market presence allows us to offer Swiss Island^® especially in the US and Africa. This means that customers can now benefit from improved cultural affinity and reduced travel costs.

We were also able to gain Ali Forouzesh (ACP, PBA, PMP^®, PfMP^®, OPM3cc) from Iran as partner. He is an experienced project manager and project management trainer. He will conduct the first Swiss Island^® sessions soon.   

Upcoming Events

15./16.03.2018	The first Swiss Island® Train-The-Trainer Session in 2018 will be conducted in Zurich-Oerlikon. Currently, participants from 5 different countries will come together to exchange their experience and to learn how to tailor and run Swiss Island® effectively. Swiss Island® multi project  This was the first public performance of our new product in Zurich. The session was related to the 1st International Day of Simulation and Gaming, and therefore was free of charge. Seven participants took the chance for a day, full of fun and learning. The feedbacks from the participants was very positive. “It is extremely realistic”, “We see real benefits in the use of Swiss Island® for our customers and organizations”

Swiss Island^® is now also available as part of PM and social skill course

We have extended our offering with a plenty of new trainings, that are fully integrated with our PMI^® awarded simulations.  
Our courses cover all knowledge areas, including project portfolio and programme management. From the first introductory course up to advanced courses for really experienced professionals, nearly all of our courses are coming with Swiss Island^®. Our courses target project portofolio, program and project manager, as well as employees from all departments, in all industries and all company sizes.
All our courses are fully aligned with the actual version of the PMBOK^® issued by PMI^® and therefore, support also your recertification.

Swiss Island^® was yet performed in 8 countries, using different languages and involving different cultures. Over 460 people already attended the simulation sessions.

Swiss Island^® Product Development

•  The development of Swiss Island^® multi-project is finished and available in German and English!
  With this we have now extended the Swiss Island^® with a new family member. As per today Swiss Island^® simulations are available as plan-based, agile and multi-project versions in German, English and Farsi.
• Swiss island^® now comes with additional possibilities to influence the behaviour of the participants. If needed, the the trainers might give orders how to behave (e.g. beeing monosyllabic or suspicious). Lots of fun is guaranteed!
